The BEGNI GROUP COBRA® HCP, PPD, THK, PDK and PDL lifting clamps guarantee high performance and a long operating life.
They are specifically designed to lift and transport steel sheets that do not flex.
The clamps consist of a main body, a cam, a pin. The cam also functions as a lifting point and allows the load to be firmly held while being lifted. They have robust welded shell bodies, made of high-quality carbon steel. The cam is made of alloy steel, high-frequency hardened for longer life. The lightweight and slim design makes them easier to handle. They meet all standards and requirements such as: European Standard EN13155 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
They are available in 5 variants.
Choose the clamp according to the capacity, opening, overall dimensions.
HCP (standard)
Clamp designed for lifting and transporting in a horizontal position of non-flexing steel sheets and structures.
WLL up to 5 tons (in pairs).
They must always be used in pairs (or multiples of pairs).
PPD (with safety device)
Clamp designed for lifting and transporting in a horizontal position of non-flexing steel sheets and structures.
It has a safety device to keep the jaw open while the clamp is inserted into the sheet.
WLL up to 10 tons (in pairs).
They must always be used in pairs (or multiples of pairs).
THK (with increased opening)
Clamp designed for lifting and transporting in a horizontal position of non-flexing steel sheets and structures.
WLL up to 10 tons (in pairs).
They must always be used in pairs (or multiples of pairs).
PDK (for sheet metal bundles)
Clamp designed for lifting and transporting in a horizontal position multiple steel sheets that do not bend.
WLL up to 8 tons (in pairs).
They must always be used in pairs (or multiples of a pair).
PDL (for bending sheet metal)
Clamp designed for use with thin sheets of sheet metal, which can bend or deform.
WLL up to 3.2 tons (in pairs).
They must always be used in pairs (or multiples of a pair).
