Begni Group offers a wide range of high quality load anchoring systems with different types of tape and tensioner from 25 to 100 mm wide.
The polyester tapes are made with high quality high tenacity yarn, colored and heat-set (high tenacity polyester fiber type “AA shiny”). This allows:
■ High breaking load.
■ High resilience and very low elongation (<4% of the maximum anchoring capacity, LC).
■ Shock absorption during transport (braking, acceleration, climbing, descending).
■ Excellent resistance to UV rays.
■ Good resistance to chemical agents.
The breaking loads of the materials used are:
■ 3 times the diagonal lashing force (LC) for polyester tapes (up to 5000 daN).
■ 2 times the lashing force (LC) for steel components.
■ Vertical lashing capacity (STF) up to 950 daN.
All our lashing systems comply with the EN 12195-2 standard and are marked with the voluntary GS safety mark.
The RTD50-250 and RTD50EK-250 items comply with the strict German Directive VDI 2700.
■ Stitching performed by qualified personnel.
■ Safety factor 2:1 for metal parts, 3:1 for tapes.
■ Label in robust PVC protected in the eyes at the ends.
■ LC elongation < 4%.
■ Operating temperatures -40°C +100°C.
