WIRE ROPE ENDLESS SLINGS
30 August 2022STAINLESS STEEL RATCHET BUCKLES AND HOOKS FOR LASHING
30 August 2022Eye-eye round slings are endless round slings with a special sleeve over both sling legs. The sling is very compact, easy to handle and to use (especially for very big and long sizes).
Polyester round slings combine the performance of polyester fibre with the lightness of their weight and the flexibility of their structure.
The external sleeve is constructed in such a way as to protect the internal rows of yarn filament and to always keep them parallel to each other. The internal polyester part is always free to adapt to the surface of the load when the sling is in contact with it. The sleeves are coloured according to EN1492-2 to identify the capacity of the sling.
- Easy to handle and to use.
- Extremely light and flexible in all directions.
- High strength to weight ratio.
- Min elongation at WLL (3%).
- Perfect adhesion to the load shape.
- Different colors for each capacity.
- They are easy and quick to handle and particularly suitable for irregularly shaped loads. In this way, the risk of slipping / sliding of the load is reduced.
- The sleeves are colored in compliance with the EN 1492 Standard to identify the correct capacity of the sling. COBRA® sleeves are much more robust than market standards.
- Two labels made of strong PVC with WLL, general precautions, serial number.
- Possibility of applying NFC-RFID microchip (Tech for Safety).

As required by the EN-1492-1:2000+A1:2008 standard (C.3.6 and D.3.7), slings must be protected from sharp edges and from the risk of friction and abrasion arising from both contact with the load and contact with lifting devices (shackles, eyebolts, lifting rings and crane hooks in general). If protection against cutting and/or abrasion damage is provided as part of the sling, it must be positioned correctly.
Begni Group is able to provide the most suitable protections to manage even the most critical lifts with maximum safety.
