HPHD Slings for coils lifting are high performance slings (made of HMPE polyethylene fiber) covered by a Dyneema® fiber extra sleeve with cut resistance properties. They are light and compact slings, suitable for jumbo coils lifting and generally to lift loads with sharp edges (metals, stone, concrete, glass, heavy carpentry).

According to EN-1492-1:2000+A1:2008 (C.3.6 e D.3.7), slings should be protected from edges, friction and abrasion, whether from the load or the lifting appliance (shackles, hooks, lifting points). Where protection against damage from edge and / or abrasion s supplied as a part of the sling, this should be correctly positioned.
HDT sleeve has got excellent cut resistance properties. It is made of HMPE Dyneema® fiber with a particular 3D textile construction which makes the sling strong and compact.
